The Details
Louder Than Ten is looking for talented artists and designers like you to create the best snowboard graphics this side of Alaska!
We are going to be selling custom vinyl snowboard graphics on our site. If you've seen a Gelaskin then you know what we're talking about. The material is an easy to apply, durable protective vinyl.
We need some hot art from people like you to complete the puzzle. The top three designs will go to production and be sold online (with the artists permission).
Final artwork for printing must be in either vector format or a 300dpi Tiff image large enough for a snowboard (65"x14" - will be scaled down in production to accommodate board size).
GRAPHIC DIMENSIONS:
65"x14" rectangle plus a 1/2" bleed at 300dpi.

The Reward: $150
1 winner will get prizes worth $150.
Winners will receive an actual printed copy of their design for their own snowboard (plus some extra goodies from Louder Than Ten).
In addition (with the artists permission), we would like to sell the printed graphics from our site. The artists will receive royalties on all sales of their design. We are currently working out a fair royalty structure and will take any suggestions.
Submission Guidelines:
- Maximum 10 photo or illustration submissions per member.
- Images must be at least 3900 pixels wide/high.
- Any digital adjustments (color, contrast, sharpness) allowed.
- Illustrations can be hand-drawn, vector line art, paintings, or mixed-media.
- File types allowed: JPG.
The Publication
Louder Than Ten is building a community driven site where artists and designers can design snowboard, skateboard, and wakeboard graphics which will be voted on.
The best designs every month will be printed on protective, easy-to-apply vinyl decals and sold on the site. Winning artists will receive royalties on their work as well as special monthly prizes.
Your work will appear online at louderthan10.bigcartel.com/ and printed in ‘On actual snowboards’.
